Bt8 Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and bt8 ("Platform", "we", or "the company"). These Terms govern your use of the bt8 website, mobile app, services, and all related content.

By clicking the "Register" button, logging into your account, making your first deposit, or simply browsing the bt8 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with bt8's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. bt8 will provide reasonable notice of any material changes via your registered email or through a notice displayed on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use the bt8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) bt8 account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without any refund.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and valid phone number. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date should any changes occur.

Bt8 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of all members. You may be asked to submit a copy of your identification document, such as your national ID (MyKad), passport, or other supporting documents. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal and before reaching certain transaction limits.

• Your account password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone.
• Bt8 will never ask for your password via email or Live Chat.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Any unauthorised access must be reported to bt8 immediately.

Bt8 supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods for the convenience of Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and crypto assets such as USDT and Bitcoin.

Deposit: All deposits are processed instantly or within a few minutes depending on the chosen method. The minimum deposit limit is RM10 and maximum limits depend on your account level and payment method.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour for local banking methods. bt8 charges no withdrawal fees. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your bt8 account.
• Bt8 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Any deposit made using a specific payment method must be withdrawn through the same method until the original deposit amount is fulfilled.
• Bt8 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is fully completed.

Bt8 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

General Wagering Requirements: The welcome bonus is subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted. For example, a RM100 bonus requires a total of RM2,000 in wagers.

• Each player is entitled to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.
• Bt8 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if the wagering requirements are not met within the specified period.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination.
• Wagering via VPN or any method used to bypass geo-restrictions will void all associated bonuses.

• Any form of money laundering or financing of illegal activities through the platform.
• Colluding or conspiring with other players to defraud the platform (e.g., chip dumping in poker or table games).
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bt8 support staff or other players.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the bt8 platform.

Bt8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or instructions from a regulatory authority.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the bt8 support team via Live Chat. Any valid balance in the account will be returned upon completion of the verification process, minus any bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements.

For responsible gaming purposes, players may apply for temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.

Bt8 is not liable for any losses, damages, or disruptions arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including third-party technical failures, internet outages, natural disasters, or actions by authorities.
